e-marketing is for everyone
The word is spreading that e-marketing works and works well. You must have noticed how mobile marketing has taken off.
From my perspective it started with vodafone special offers now both of my local bars offer loyalty cards with discounts on shopping and use mobile marketing to advertise their weekend promo's to their client bases.
Who says you need a web site or blog to be into e-marketing.

Banner Ads are they off putting?
You will have noticed the recent trends toward banner advertising. They suddenly appear on your screen advertising a miriad of products and services.
Talk to anyone who receives such thins and they will tell you that unlike email the adverts actually break into your work flow. This is not only annoying but I feel may lead to future litigation issues if damage is caused and rework is needed.
Treat banner advertising with caution, things that annoy people tend to stop them buying from you. I think touch marketing strategies and mobile marketing strategies have a far longer life expectancy and will produce far better client loyalty.
